This is the Night Ravin from earlier, except now he needs a full body suit after he was turned Vampire by his Vamp Pure Blood girlfriend.

Pure blood vampires are vampires born of Vampires, the only difference in them is that they are just technically whatever race they were plus all the positive buffs of being a Vampire. Pure bloods have no draw-backs, no sun damage, heck they don't even need to drink blood to grow more powerful. Ask me if they sparkle and I'll jetteson you into the suns of Vamporia de Crucible, the vamp's home planet after they escaped Earth.

Vampires who turn by a bite or a disease are like regular vampires, and have all of the draw-backs.

This Night Ravin turned Vampire, despite the draw-backs, including the decay of his body without blood, all seemed like a downer, but he decided to stay for the chick who saved him from a mortal wound after his ship was shot out of the skies of Arcadian Moons.
